ABSTRACT

Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm (SPN) of the pancreas is a rare low-grade malignant tumor. In recent years, with the improvement of national health check-up awareness and the advancement of imaging diagnostic technology, the detection rate of SPN has continued to rise. With the release of guidelines for many pancreatic cystic tumors at home and abroad, the diagnosis and treatment of SPN has gradually become standardized. However, its diagnostic and treatment strategies are still difficult and controversial. Therefore, the author summarizes the current status of diagnosis and treatment of SPN by referring to the literature and combining clinical experience, in order to deepen the understanding of rare pancreatic tumor by clinicians and further promote the standardized diagnosis and treatment of SPN in China.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the risk factors of pressure injury in patients with advanced cancer.Methods:100 patients with advanced malignant tumors who received treatment in The First People's Hospital of Huzhou from January to December 2019 were included in this study. After filling in data registration form, all patients received the first pressure injury risk assessment to assess their skin conditions within 2 hours after admission. At the same time, Karnofsky Performance Scale (KPS), Braden Scale score, serum albumin and hemoglobin levels were determined and assessed. Logistic multiple regression was used to analyze the correlation between various factors and stress injury. Results:Among the 100 patients, five patients had pressure injury. The incidence of hospital-acquired pressure injury was 5.00%. These five patients, consisting of three males (60.0%) and two females (40.00%), were aged 38-89 years. One (20%) patient had stage I pressure injury, three (60%) patients had type II pressure injury, and one (20.00%) patient had non staged injury. Pressure injury was compared between patients at different ages, with different Braden Scale scores, serum albumin and hemoglobin levels, KPS scores ( χ2 = 7.916, 34.657, 5.432, 18.034, 38.922, all P < 0.05). The incidence of pressure injury in patients aged ≥ 70 years with low serum albumin level, low hemoglobin level, KPS score ≤ 30 points, Braden Scale score ≤ 16 points was significantly higher than that in patients aged < 70 years with high serum albumin level, high hemoglobin level, KPS score > 30 points, Braden Scale score > 16 points ( χ2 = 18.034, 5.432, 7.916, 38.922, 34.657, all P < 0.05). Taking pressure injury as the dependent variable and a single factor as the independent variable, correlation analysis results revealed that low serum albumin level, low hemoglobin level, age ≥ 70 years, KPS score ≤ 30 points, Braden Scale score ≤ 16 points were independent risk factors for pressure injury in advanced cancer. Conclusion:KFS score, Braden scale score, serum albumin and hemoglobin levels are closely related to the occurrence of pressure injury in patients with advanced cancer. They are independent risk factors for pressure injury in patients with advanced cancer.

ABSTRACT

Objective To estabolish the ALDH2 Glu504Lys genotyping technique for oral swab sample type based on PCR-gold magnetic nanoparticle chromatographyl. Methods According to the ALDH2 Glu504Lys gene the specific primers were designed by ARMS-PCR technique.Optimized the optimal ALDH2 Glu504Lys oral swab reaction system and PCR reaction procedures based on the routine reaction conditions and reaction procedure of laboratory PCR.60 samples of oral swabs were collected and tested by gold magnetic nano-chromatography.The results were verified by sequencing. Results The detected 60 cases of oral swab samples contain 16 cases heterozygous mutation, wild type 42 cases, homozygous mutation 2 cases and then the results by Goldmag nanoparticle detection was perfectly matched with sequencing results. Conclusion The Goldmag nanoparticles chromatographic detection technique of ALDH2 Glu504Lys buccal swabs system was established. With accuracy, fastness, reliability,it is worthy of clinical promotion.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the features of the auditory mismatch response (MMR) elicited from the preschoolers and adults. Methods 9 preschoolers aged 3-6 and 8 adults were elicited and measured MMR to speech sounds (/bal/,/pal/) using the Oddball paradigm. Results The response was typical mismatch negativity in adults, and was slow positive waves with larger amplitude in the preschoolers. MNOVA results showed that there were significantly differences between the 2 groups, said the latency of MMRs was significantly longer and the amplitude was larger in the preschoolers than in the adults (P<0.05). Conclusion Stable MMRs with distinct characters in preschool-ers and adults have been obtained respectively.

ABSTRACT

Objective The present study analyzed the performances of hearing impaired children and normal hearing children at age 3 on the open set monosyllables test to provide reference for rehabilitation .Methods 30 typi-cal children and hearing impaired children at age 3 were randomly selected and tested using the open -set monosylla-ble test in evaluation of auditory response to speech (EARS) .Results ① There were significantly differences be-tween different test items in both groups ,the decreasing order of the score was tone> vowel>consonant>word(P<0 .01) ,and the scores on vowels ,consonants and words of hearing -impaired children were respectively signifi-cantly lower than that in normal hearing children(P<0 .001) .②There were similarities and differences between the mistakes of typical children and hearing impaired children .Blade-palatals and laterals in both groups achieved the lowest accuracy .While the accuracies on bilabials ,labiodentals ,nasals and plosives were highest in typical children , the accuracy on velar was highest in hearing impaired children .And the accuracies of consonants and nasal vowels on each place and manner of articulation in hearing -impaired children were significantly lower .Conclusion The study showed that the performances on vowels ,consomants and words of hearing -impaired children aged 3 in the open set monosyllables test were poorer than that in normal hearing children .The main errors were between the same places or methods of articulation ,especially for Blade -palatals and laterals .It is possible related to the deficiency of lan-guage input with the hearing impairment and the age with HA/CI .

ABSTRACT

@#ObjectiveTo explore audition and speech training methods for artificial cochlea implantation children and evaluate its effect.Methods20 children who accepted artificial cochlea implanted before 7 years old and hadn't learned sign language were treated by Auditory-Verbal therapy which avoided assistance of visual and tactual sense in training time and daily communication.17 children after artificial cochlea implantation at the same age who accepted traditional training which didn't avoid assistance of visual sense were compared as the control.ResultsThe improvement of hearing ability in Auditory-Verbal therapy group were more significantly than that in control group (P<0.001).ConclusionsAuditory-Verbal therapy can markedly improve the hearing ability in children after artificial cochlea implantation.
